Alhamdulillah.. this is my 3rd day of workout. i try to make every other day.. 15 minutes sauna & 20 minutes workout.. memang basah kuyup.. i got 2 weeks before next appointment with my gynae. it’s really hard.. nak turun 1kg pun susah. but this is my target.  2-3 kg by next 2 weeks? yess… i can do it!!.

Wed 15/7 – 71.8 (timbang kat clinic)

Sat 18/7 – 70kg this morning, timbang sebelum workout.. waahh really !!

i need moreee kg burn!!! ok.. nak siap gi office lah pulak. sure hectic day lahhh..!
