No excuse… Exercise!

Selamat pagi… hahh.. ni baru lepas sauna dan some exercise.. inilah rutin saya di waktu pagi hari Sabtu, di mana masa tu tak de orang kacau. husbnd tidur lagi, Fahda pulak lenanya tidur.. kesian pulak nak kejutkan dia.. Saya memang jenis yang tak boleh bangun lambat. paling lambat bangun mesti around 8 pagi sahaja. itupun kalau malamnya tidur pukul 3 pagi or baru balik dr travel mana, pada malam sebelumnya..

di mana sauna? sauna di rumah sahaja.

di mana exercise? err.. err di depan pc ajerr!! itulah salah satu kegunaan internet bagi saya.. :-) berpeluh-peluh jugaklah. exercise tak lama pun.. dalam 10 minit aje. sebab lepas ni nak sambung kemas rumah, sidai kain, buat breakfast. hari ni nak masak ape ye? rasanya nak buat jemput-jemput ajerr.. haa baguslah tu.lepas exercise makan lak berminyak2.. heheh.. :-) bukan selalu seminggu sekali pun tak tentu boleh buat jemput2 nih… ahh.. lupa pulak. petang ni ada kelas OD dgn forum urusinsan.

saya menggunakan youtube sebagai workout instructor saya.. hehe.. search aje Kim Strother, haaa bnyklah workout yang akan keluar… jealousnya tengok badan dia. slim aje. cute pulak tu. maklumlah model from Fordmodels..

antara yang saya suka ialah butt workout. dan jugak MODEL FITNESS: Kim Strother’s FUN treadmill workout. videonya pendek2 aje. tp explainationnya memang bagus..

No excuse… Exercise! costnya? zero!
